As a General Laborer, you’ll be responsible for the following:

  • Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.
  • Start machines or equipment to begin production processes.
  • Wash work areas, machines, equipment, vehicles, or products.
  • Attach slings, ropes, or cables to objects such as pipes, hoses, or bundles
  • Perform minor repairs to machines, such as replacing damaged or worn parts.
  • Prepare raw materials for processing.
  • Clean and lubricate equipment.
  • Mark or tag identification on parts.
  • Separate products according to weight, grade, size, or composition of materials used to produce them.
  • Count finished products to determine if product orders are complete.
  • Help production workers by performing duties of lesser skill, such as supplying or holding materials or tools, or cleaning work areas and equipment.
  • Pack and store materials and products.
  • Transfer finished products, raw materials, tools, or equipment between storage and work areas.
  • Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.
  • Observe equipment operations so that malfunctions can be detected, and notify operators of any malfunctions.

High School Diploma or equivalent

Knowledge and skills:
Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.

As a Regional Sales Director, you will lead and manage all day-to-day sales activities with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of sales objectives at all our properties. You will be responsible for achieving your own personal sales goals, while advising your team on meeting their own sales goals. You will be responsible for all outside sales activities including new Container accounts, group business, events, and relationship management. Work with manufacturing and customer service staff to achieve overall revenue goals. Ability to use SalesForce.Com for all communications and provide weekly and monthly reports as requested. Ability to work with MS Office products like Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word. Willing to travel to remote offices and prospect areas to secure new accounts and nurture existing accounts.

  • Working with management team in developing and executing sales strategies.
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of promotions, both internal and external.
  • Providing positive and aggressive leadership to ensure maximum revenue potential (e.g., sets example with personal booking goals)
  • Recommending sales goals for sales team members
  • Monitoring all day to day activities of direct reports
  • Participates in client calls with members of your team to acquire new business and/or close on business.
  • Executing and supporting the operational aspects of business (e.g., generating proposals, writing contracts, customer correspondence, etc.)
  • Analyzing market information and implementing strategy to achieve financial goals
  • Displaying leadership, exemplifying customer service and creating a positive example

We are looking for a self-motivated Regional Sales Director with solid leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and a drive to exceed expectations. It is also important that you have excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills as well as the ability to establish rapport with both new and existing clients. Ideal Candidate is someone who is highly motivated, results-driven, and entrepreneurial, who is willing to travel, make cold calls, attend after-hours industry events, make sales presentations and coach sales representatives at the customer level. Must be proficient in English language with ability to create effective sales pitches and effective writing skills.

Specific qualifications for the role include

  • Experience in Chemical sales an or oilfield chemical sales
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university a plus
  • At least 5-10 years of sales leadership experience
  • At least 5-10 years of oilfield service, preferably in containers
